Jim Hamilton is a former Information Technology Executive at General Motors, where he spearheaded IT-enabled business transformation initiatives during some of the company's most pivotal years. Over his 25-year tenure at GM, Jim's teams successfully delivered major SAP projects across Finance, Customer Care & Aftersales, Sales & Marketing, and Global Purchasing & Supply Chain.
